INSTRUCTIONS FOR TIN SUBMISSION
Dear TIN Applicant,
Thank you. Well received. Everything looks fine.
To receive your TIN quickly, you must follow the new approach mentioned below. Read everything carefully.
Please, follow instructions below;
Your application is received and submitted to IRC for processing. However, the IRC staff that we have been dealing with left the office and moved to another branch, were told.
IRC is actually not good at responding to online applications.
But you'll have to do your part. Read to the bottom.
IRC staff have their own processes, which some are time consuming. For instance, after receiving, all applications are now sent to the respective provincial IRC offices to screen and process individual TIN Applications.
It's frustrating but we cannot do things that are beyond our control.
Sometimes they process TIN Applications within days, other times it takes weeks.
Whatever it takes, we only try to help our clients regardless of how long it takes. We will still deliver it.
NEW APPROACH:
Since our past TIN Applications have been slow in processing, we would like to try a different approach now. We will ask you to print hard copies of the applied with all the required documents and submit to your nearest IRC Office in the Province your business will base its activities in as per the IPA Extract.
This is because, IRC Pom sends all applications to provincial IRC offices to screen and process individual applications. We will send the electronic copies and do follow ups while you submit the hard copies in an envelope.
When ready, we will email you or to tell you to go and pick it up at the provincial IRC office in person.
If there are errors and omissions in your application, we will contact you by email.
After you have received your TIN Certificate, we will assist you with opening of your business account with the bank.
So you will have to inform us as soon as you receive your TIN which will be issued in person at the IRC office.
We hope this is clear for you.
We will update you on the statu.
Kind regards,
Nina and Bryan
