13. Any cash withdrawal above K5000.00 attracts a 10% fee.
14. Cash handling fee of 10% on any cash transaction done.
By looking at all this rates and charges imposed on customers, I am thinking where's the security of the ordinary citizens of our country. Something has to be done and it has Has To Be Now!
